A polar vortex grabs New York City by the throat and leaves it almost motionless with its deep freeze. In its wake, a young woman''s body is discovered near the East River, frozen solid. With no ID, no Missing Person''s report matching her description, and no clues except for a wooden drink token in her jacket pocket, Detective Tommy Keane must find the answers.
