Most of the time, a person surrounded by adversity and circumstances of extreme stress goes into a shell and can be down and out but not the author. He takes you through this book written in a conversational manner how he accepted every challenge thrown at him as a bouquet of flowers. How he saw every test as an opportunity and crafted a profession in Consulting, Counselling, and Training despite being a qualified Engineer.

His mission remains to help the MSME sector grow, he finds solace in spreading joy and help to anyone who knocks at his door. His passion is infectious and his leadership style is grounded and very simple.
