Through the Darkness

This collection of poetry by Sarah Hirji has been inspired from many events in her life. Going through losses and gains, trials, tribulations and other challenges, has inspired her to write as a way of coping. Throughout her life, many aspects have changed, along with her personality and her poetry. The compilation of poems, marks important events in the lives of herself and others, and acts as a reflection to these events. Poetry has the ability to open the eyes and the hearts of everyone, to the unknown; it has the ability to help to understand what life has dealt, and through reading these poems, people can feel the change within themselves.
