In 2017, we are expanding this research beyond gender topics to address the broader issue of a Thriving Workforce. The proposed book would be a cornerstone of Mercer's three-year "Thrive" campaign, and will address the fact that most organizations understand the business case for engagement and diversity but get blindsided due to the systemic inequities and inflexible infrastructure in the existing organizational processes. Our aim is to share our recommendations for a systematic examination of the choke points populations face in thriving at work and the strategies that make a difference. We will share findings from our research and proprietary methodology for interventions in this book.
