They Call Me Insane

After famed novelist Jacobi Bridges has a sudden bipolar episode, her washed-up songwriting husband Nate has her committed to a mental institution. Confused, she begins to fall into a depression while trying to convince everyone around her that she doesn't belong. Her attempts fall on deaf ears until she befriends Nate's ex-girlfriend and orchestrates a plot with her to escape from the hospital and run away with her two children.
