Whether we play the part of a purchaser, vendor, landlord, or tenant, we'll have played a role conducive to getting the best deal for ourselves, and we'll be acting in our own interest. But what if you've played all of the above roles, including the role of the real estate agent, and you lose it altogether? What if you really lost it? Interest Suddenly, there's no solid ground to stand on. The firm foundations you spent so long in building, disappear altogether, and you're all at sea. At long last, you're no longer listing. It's unsettling, to find yourself undoing all that's been done, and writing it all off.
