The Winter Conspiracy

In Ngarange, a hamlet on the banks of the Okavango River, bizarre seemingly unrelated incidents have occurred in less than two years. A murder of passion and suicide, an unsolved rape incident, a preacher and his wife burn to ashes in their hut, and a father mysteriously disappears without a trace. Enraged, the conservative village chief proposes to revive a ritual that he believes is the answer to the evil that is threatening to tear the village apart.

Behind this seemingly innocent ritual is a century-old feud between the chief and the village's traditional doctor. As the chief uses the traditional doctor's secret to turn up the heat, only one person can step in to stop the blood bath that follows.
