The Visible Person: I

Before a mirror, I connect with my image and experience "me". My connection experience is my own experience of "me". Aware of both "I" before the mirror and image of "I" in the mirror, I experience "both" and I call this "me", I call this "my" reflection, "my" image. My image is not "I". My image is The Visible Person reflecting in the mirror. Within, I am capable of experiencing a connection between "I" and "The Visible Person" before the mirror, separately and connected. This connection is an experience of "aware of self" by "self", a connection. Yet I am further capable of another step deeper... I am capable of realizing that "I" am somehow "within" this visible person, looking "through" the eyes of my body as though "I" has no contribution toward the image in the mirror at all... As The Visible Person, I find an obvious and self-evident discovery of The Invisible Person.
