The Unperfect Cookie

When bakers from all over the world teach their students how to make cookies, they try to create the most perfect cookies. They must all look the same--perfectly round, with no room for differences.
When the cookies are done, the bakers inspect every cookie, and they set aside all the ones that don't fit the perfect cookie mold: they're too dark, too fat, too small, too light, too bumpy, or too lumpy.
