The Universal: A Fantasy Novel

"The Universal" takes us into a fantasy world of both mythology and magic where ancient gods work alongside wizards, good or evil. The Universe is threatened by the powerful god of darkness, Malum. Jerry, an ordinary eleven-year-old boy, is the only one who can prevent the destruction of everything. With the help of newfound magical powers, the god of light, and his friend, Jerry must go on an adventure to confront Malum and stop his evil plans. This is much more than just saving the world. Malum and his followers, the Ones of Darkness, are about to take over the whole Universe, which controls all the magic and power everywhere. Jerry must use his magic to withstand the might of an ancient god. Will Jerry save the Universe and be known as the Universal, who vanquished the god of darkness, or will he perish, and be known no more? The author, Ethan NK, is a middle schooler who lives in California.
