The Tribulations of Adolescence

This poetry book explores different concepts surrounding mental health, especially during adolescence. With that in mind, this book hopes to tell the journey that many teens and young adults have overcome. It requires strength and perseverance to be able to get past the obstacles created by mental illness, and this book hopes to demonstrate that.
