The Toll

The year is 1969. Having lost his brother in the Vietnam War, Doctor Raymond Daniels wants to complete his training as a psychiatrist before going into the Army. For mysterious reasons, his boss assigns him to treat Maggie, a suicidal co-ed with a history of abuse; Nancy, a schizophrenic teen with a politically powerful father; and George, a paranoid toll collector who believes crows are messengers sent by his dead mother. In trying to help his patients, Raymond begins to realize he's been set up to fail. His career, his wife and children, and his life are threatened. How far can a doctor go to save all that's dear to him?
