The Time is Now

There have been many seasons in my life when I felt like I had no time or energy to spend with Jesus. I was sure that a close daily walk with him would come later when life and my schedule were less complicated.

But Jesus was exactly what I needed most during those years.

Instead of waiting for this magical day when I had more time, I decided Jesus was the one thing to make room for instead of the one thing to set aside. I let go of the lie that Jesus is for another time in my life when things get easier. Spoiler alert: they never do.

I discovered that Jesus is for every season, and the hardest moments in life are when we need him the most. The enemy wants to keep us from living an abundant life by continually putting Jesus off for later.
