The small group vision manual

The purpose of this manual is to help you with practical matters of organization, leadership and functioning of a cell group, as well as guide you in each step along the way by strengthening fellowship, evangelism, service and discipleship in order to multiply one time each year. Throughout these pages, we give a thorough explanation of our vision, why we are a church in cells, what a cell is and what its objectives are. In a simple, non-superficial manner, we describe the key players of the small group, how they develop their functions and deal with the members of their group. We also discuss each part of the small group meeting.Here we illustrate our way of organizing ourselves and living as the church, but without a question, the enabling of the Holy Spirit is indispensable in order for us to be able to multiply ourselves as the body of Christ. Our goal is not to convince anyone of the effectiveness of our work. Rather we invite you to dream with us Dare to dream of a generation that expresses the life of Christ through the family of God.
