Nothing will stop Vicky Donahue, the preacher's wife, when she receives a tip that a child is caged in the home of a powerful official. Desperate to rescue the young girl, she teams up with the former sheriff of Butler, Tennessee, Wayne Tipton, and an unlikely third partner.
