It's the start of the school holidays and four friends, Bob Hughes, Steve Martin, Nick Russel and Billy Price are on their way to Lizard Mountain to catch newts in their jam jars. But something strange happens when Christine Brown and Pam Martin arrive which plunges them into another world to begin a fight for their survival.
