Seven funny tales set in a fictional old English pub in the Suffolk countryside...It's slightly run down and in need of a lick of paint, although not without a certain charm. When he was installed as the landlord he somehow got the brewery to change the name of the pub from 'The Windmill' to the 'Lazy Dog, ' allegedly after his ex-wife.
