Jeff Rowland is an average American angler who grew up in the Marion County, Iowa, town of Knoxville and currently resides in the town of Melcher-Dallas, also of Marion County.

Since most fishing books are written by professionals, (who only count for a small percentage of anglers), Jeff feels his stories and adventures reflect a real-life perspective of how fishing adventures are experienced not only in Iowa, but throughout the world.
