What you do not know is that woman less than one year ago was size 24: massively over weight, her health was in jeopardy; her life was in jeopardy; so she decided to discipline herself and take her control back from her emotional addiction to food.

It has been along arduous struggle but now she is size 16 and she feels fabulous. She's proud to fit into gym clothes. She's proud to feel her body and she now love's herself and respects herself. She now has the courage continue her journey to become a comfortable size twelve.

Now here is the tumble weed that the judgmental supercilious supremist, doesn't know. "It is in the judging that you will be judged" Every emotional traumatic situation the overweight woman had to experience in order to acquire her immense obesity you will now encounter if not in this life in your next; why because you inadvertently asked for it.
