The Problem with Nurse Emma: Love in the ER

Emma's goal in life was to become a wife to her childhood sweetheart. However, six months before their planned wedding, tragedy stuck and the love of her life was killed in a skiing accident. He died in her arms atop a snow-covered mountain and she was helpless to save him. Driven by her guilt over Brock's death, Emma was determined to never again be helpless in the face of a life or death emergency. She devoted herself to becoming a nurse, hoping that by saving others she could heal her own heart. When she takes a position as a nurse in St. Rita's Hospital she finds herself unprepared for the trauma, and drama, that comes with working in an Emergency Room. Emma's skills are tested with a host of bizarre medical emergencies, but her most challenging problem is the love-hate relationship with the handsome, but arrogant, Dr. Russo.
