The order of the Golden Feather

Mariana, a fierce archangel with a propensity for kicking evil monsters' butts, stops to stalk a handsome human doctor. She knows that humans and the divine don't mix. The doctor is amazing at his hospital, but he wonders if the recent death of his patient is a result of life events that distracted him. He eventually comes face to face with imminent danger, and she temporarily abandons her duties to save this man: a good father and role model. Getting involved causes them to fall in love, but at what consequences?
