The Monorails of Mars

The saga begins due to a mysterious collaboration of genius. Nikola Tesla and Thomas Edison advance technology to the point colonization on Mars becomes feasible in 1905 where a raging and brutal war between colonists and nightmarish hordes of flesh-eating soldiers commences a clash of civilizations already in the grip of a third power hellbent on the control of all life in the Universe. Italian engineer, Captain Umberto Nobile is captured and retained for bait while Louise Boyd and Jack Clayton are allowed escape and return to Earth for sinister reasons. The story explores wide-ranging issues such as the proper uses of Science, the development and the impact on ecology.
