Minneapolis, Minnesota, is plagued with a rash of murdered women listening to their smartphones, and the killer is known as the Minneapolis Stalker. With little to go by, the investigation team of Inspector Noel Richards has to piece together what little evidence they have. At the same time, Brianna Chase is being harassed by a college professor.
