Is it the Lucky 7's winner? Nobody can answer that but The United States Congress. A story about a young man's grandma giving him a Lucky 7's lottery ticket for his 38th birthday, it being stolen in a Klu Klux Klan terroristic racketeering influenced and corrupt organization, and it being left up the US. Congress to decide if the man and his grandma are the true Lucky 7's winners entitled to relief.
