I did not strive for perfection here; my aim was simple, I wanted this little book to be an interesting and enjoyable read... I hope you find it to be so. Their suggestions regarding the need for more explanation of language and/or events has greatly improved these pages as they morphed from the short paragraph or two intended for my grandsons, into this life-story, which both Jeffrey and Connor will probably find borrring... yet will enlighten them regarding the events that shaped the life of G.
