The Light of Truth

Luke Canfield was once a calm, confident and well-adjusted Phoenix Police Sergeant who easily balanced the demands of the job with the welfare of his family. But that was before he became a polygraph examiner. Hearing the horrible and unspeakable things that people do to each other, day after day, year after year, has taken its toll. The more he delves into the minds of others, the more it adds to his personal problems. Could a detective who suddenly appears near the scene of an attempt on Luke's life be involved, or is Luke becoming paranoid?
