The Ignatian Examen

The Examen is the one prayer St Ignatius couldn’t do without. For centuries it has been at the centre of Jesuit life. A simple prayer, it directs you to find God in your daily experience. With practice, you can learn to discern how God is conversing with you in the ups and downs of your day.
