The Husband Next Door is about a man named Ian who is husband material but his ex-wife Sabrina was not the right wife for him. Sabrina loved the idea of having a husband to provide the finer things in life for her but she was the type of woman that wanted to sleep around with many men and do bald headed hoe shit. Ian meets Lane a gorgeous young lady in the laundry room where things start to get hot and steamy for the two.
