Dr. Sandra W. Ingram is a number one bestselling author (National and International), entrepreneur and minister. She is also a certified life coach, the founder and CEO of Reflective Metamorphosis, a relationship coaching business, and a motivational speaker. She is married and the mother of one daughter. In her spare time, she has a weekly bible study, and YouTube channel. She has penned two books, Before You Pray Again, and Talk More, Fight Less and she has a workbook coming out soon (The Heart of Communication). She gives God all the glory and praise for all the things he has done in, and through her life.
