The Glass Collectors

It's December 11, 1989 and Emerson Watts is plodding his way through the fifth grade at Perkins Elementary School. He's failing spelling tests, losing bets, and showing up to school late (except when there's a two-hour delay). But when Emerson finds a piece of glass one morning and hatches an elaborate, yet short-sighted plan, his life (and those he comes in contact with) slowly transforms.
