The Fundamentals of Quality Management

This text covers the tools, techniques and methods of quality management and provides a developmental framework for understanding their application. The main stages of quality development are outlined as systems orientation, improvement orientation and prevention orientation and the techniques are described on the basis of their constribution to each stage of development.
