Poetry is like soul food. It contains a certain level of creativity that touches the soul. The Evolution of an Adolescent reveals four aspects that everyone goes through over the course of development...love, truth, worth and change. Once an outlet to vent about my adversities, my poetry took on a life on its own. Others started to resonate with it. At that moment, I knew that poetry wasn't just a passion, it was a gift. I was designed to share my thoughts with the world. I was designed to inspire those in need of inspiration.
