The Essay as a Reflective Theoretical Construction.

The theoretical constructions presented, arise as a result of postgraduate studies at the Universidad Nacional Experimental R mulo Gallegos, in the Master's Degree in Educational Guidance. Specifically in the Curricular Unit: Group Processes. From there, the masters structure a series of reflective essays sustained with the diverse theories and experiences lived in terms of Group Processes, throughout the conjunctural situation: Before-During-Post pandemic, which are constituted in the axes that direct and that conform each one of the sections of this text.
