The Earley Years: Growing up in the '50's

The Earley Years is a story about a large family living on Earley Street in New Hampshire in the 1950's as experienced through the eyes of the youngest child and only girl. L'il Sandy has a unique way of making every character come to life with honest childlike expressions and descriptions. Unhappy about always being left behind she does her best to keep up with her older brothers in many daring adventures, even at the risk of disappointing a loving mother who tries her best to tame her little tomboy by keeping her safe at home. But Sandy has ideas of her own and does not plan on being left behind. Though often finding herself in the wrong place at the wrong time, she continues her endless pursuits to be accepted by her older siblings.
