Ripred is an eagle that was raised by owls. His parents had been killed by the dreaded Kurikoma. Kurikoma had heard a prophecy that Ripred would overtake him and so he sent a raid to the eagle land and had captured him. But on the way back through the owl territory, the owls had intercepted the raid. Ever since he had been raised by owls. But on the way to battle school he finds out a secret, that will change his life forever...
