So, this book is not written by a specialist.

I have no formal qualifications; hence whythis book, is not written as a text book.So, why write this book, simply I have struggled anddealt with or seen all of this. So, why not write aboutmy view, my perspective, in the hopes, readers willgain some understanding of knowing it''s not just them.These are all misconstrued or falsely misunderstoodfacets of life. Usually, those who can''t see them, donot believe them or are quick, to say, "well if you didthis, etc."So, during each chapter, I endeavour to give a betterinsight into these. I like to call these, dark diseases.
