This book is written for those of you who lead people. Not just as a function, but as a responsibility. Not just as a task, but as a relationship with others. You wont find quick-fix leadership models or magical tricks here. What you will find are reflections and experiences from the journey, a journey I have taken myself and one I continue to take. It is a journey where courage, persistence, self-awareness, and willpower have been far more important than knowledge alone.
