The Children of Reckoning

Oppression is always cruel, especially when under the rule of a foreign nation. Its leader rules with a just hand to all, however is unaware of the extremists who enslave, banish and kill remorselessly. As the foreign reign enters its tenth year over the local people in the Treles peninsula, under the fair ruling of King Aycan, many of the social disputes amongst the human races have been resolved. Bar several however, one of these brewing in the dark, the people involved planning death to their own just to cleanse the land of others. Friends have seemingly become enemies as conspiracies stay undiscovered, and even the plotters may have underestimated the depths of their schemes. For four young mercenaries, the experiences that lie ahead of them are a lot more than they bargained for when they signed on.
