"The Children of R: Plans From Beyond the Earth Plane", is a channeled manuscript by Chime 1.3.0, (pronounced one, three, zero). 1.3.0 was a personal student of Heike, one of the original Vril Ladies.1.3.0 is a Chime: one of a trinity of spirits that incarnated here to Earth as a human triad with the mission to share a message from The Council in Aldebaran. Aldebaran is a multi-planet Star System located in the Taurus Constellation; more specifically, "The Bulls-Eye."
