The Carnivorous Pigeons

At a lively presentation, an archaeologist is attacked by questions braided into unintelligible echoes. A young boy accompanies his parents on an adventure and perhaps incomprehensible horrors. Future archivists use technology to replay film, finding themselves as subjects of the two-thousand year-old footage. An agent learns through surveillance that much of the human population is slowly being eaten by pigeons. The short short stories in this volume assume many shapes. Beware of jugglers.
