The Brevanians

The journal of a young man is found. It contains his account of a trans-ocean voyage in 1864 with his father and a fellow scientist. The three are on a mission to learn what they can about the monoliths that were constructed on Easter Island long ago. However, their adventure includes far more than recording the details of ancient artwork. The finder of the journal also gets more than he bargained for. Instead of reading a fascinating story from an earlier century, he eventually finds himself involved in a modern drama regarding an alien civilization that exists underground today.
