The BDSM Submissive's Journal

The BDSM Submissive's Journal is a basic notebook-type journal for the BDSM submissive or slave. It contains separate sections dealing with tasks to be performed for a Master or Mistress, punishments received, favourite scenes, toys and experiences, and a section on important dates and events. It also contains a specific section for allergies and medical conditions and emergency contact details. Submissives can fill the entries with their favourite memories, wish lists or punishments. A section for personal notes is also provided.
