The Adirondack Cookbook

This book provides a wide variety of lip smacking mouth watering recipes. I have collected many recipes from the people and restaurants in the Adirondack Mountain in upstate New York. These recipes are special to the restaurant or the local people. Many of the recipes have a little story or history to accompany them in this book. The recipes will range from classics like Irish Soda Bread to Virginia's Mocha Cheesecake.
