After the national paper publishes a story headlined Holophone Mayhem: Technology Too Much for Little Town of Bree, curious tourists flock to their pristine beaches, bringing with them their high-tech gadgets (outlawed in Bree) and stirring to a fevered pitch the civil war that has been brewing.
