Individuals are increasingly living in a virtual world and interacting on social networks. This artistic work explores the loss of value of clothing as a means of expressing identity. Today, identity is primarily constructed via social media platforms, where individuals communicate digitally without a physical presence and adorn themselves with images, links and likes. Can a comparison be made between clothing labels and virtual identity performance?
