Tesseraction

Occult ceremonies had been performed here in the 1940s in an attempt to open a Portal and summon demons to Earth. Laura and I felt that by using our newly honed inter-dimensional skills, we could destroy the Portal. We acted. First there was a momentary stillness, then awesome lightning and thunder filled the night. The sky became dark and low with ominous black clouds and the wind picked up, howling, wailing. Within seconds the rolling boom reverberated overhead. Suddenly the sky above was filled with creatures fleeing back into the Portal - fleeing ever faster and faster - seemingly terrified. It was wondrous.
