The discipline "Technological Machinery Service" forms theoretical and practical knowledge on the correct organization of the operating processes of technological machines and equipment, their effective use, maintenance and prevention of malfunctions. The discipline studies the structure of technological machines, their main working bodies, the principles of operation of mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, methods of monitoring their technical condition, diagnostics and repair.This discipline develops in students the skills to increase the efficiency of technological equipment in production, draw up a service plan, operate machines in compliance with technical safety rules. It also covers the issues of automation of technical maintenance systems of technological machines, digitalization of service processes and management based on modern technologies.The discipline plays an important theoretical basis and practical role in ensuring the reliability, energy efficiency and environmental safety of technological machines at production enterprises.
