Teacher Performance Evaluation

This research work refers to the evaluation of teaching performance, which was carried out in a real situation based on the interests of those involved in the educational community that is the object of our study. In this work, the research process was carried out through the following phases: Statement of the Problem; Bibliographic Review; Definition of the Population and Selection of the Sample; Specification of the System of Variables and Elaboration of Instruments; Field Study; Data Processing and Analysis; to end with the Conclusions and Recommendations.
