Taking A Chance

Dear Journal, When I first arrived here at the beach house this summer, my heart was shattered. Three weeks later, it is healed, and stronger than ever The strength, I truly believe, is thanks to Preston. Just like my parents are and always have been, Preston has been there for me. With this said, it is not of any wonder that I have feelings for him (For the record, they are not rebound feelings. They are as real as can be.). With this said, I am going to open up my heart and ask him on a date. After all, my heart and I feel ready to do that -Paris
