Swedish Maritime Code

This book contains a translation of the Swedish Maritime Code into English. The basis for the translation in this eighth edition is the text of the Swedish Maritime Code amended by Act (2019:351) and the entry into force of (2010:976) and (2017:723). The translation of the Code is specially developed for advanced university courses in maritime and transport law. It may also be of great use for legal practitioners.
